Audit Archiving
Active lists need to stay focused on what's happening this quarter. Past audits and finished reports still have to be reachable when a regulator or surveyor asks for them. clearPath solves both with a separate archive: completed audits and finished report distributions move into the archive and stop cluttering the live lists, but stay searchable, restorable, and intact.
Archiving is not deletion. Every archived record retains its original timestamps, observers, and full audit chain. A user with the right permission can restore an archived record back to the active list in one click. The system tracks who archived what and when, so the chain of custody is never in question.

The Report Archive
Finished report distributions land in the report archive automatically. The archive is a chronological list of every report clearPath has produced, complete with the original PDF, the CSV companion, and a record of who received it. Hand it to a surveyor as evidence; pull a previous quarter's board pack to compare against this quarter's; or restore a recurring report back to the active distribution list.
