Define Audits

The Define Audits screen is the central workspace for every custom audit. Summary cards across the top show total audits, active groups, owners, and overall question count. Search and filter by name, category, group, or owner to find a specific audit quickly.

Audit Editor & Settings

Each audit has a Structure tab for laying out questions and groups, and a Settings tab for the per-audit configuration that drives the survey experience. Toggle prompts on or off, set a pass score, choose access level, and preview the survey at any time.

Response Pool

The Response Pool holds the predefined answer sets you attach to questions — Yes/No, Pass/Fail, Likert and numeric scales, multiple choice lists, and N/A Compliant variants. Each value can carry its own score, so weighting is consistent everywhere the set is used.

Audit Groups

Audit Groups organize related audits into logical buckets — Inpatient Units, Outpatient Clinics, Surgical Services, Emergency Department, Long-Term Care, External Surveys, or whatever fits your organization. Groups make it easy to roll up results across families of audits.

Permissions
