Hand hygiene programs around the world don't agree on how many moments to audit. WHO's My 5 Moments for Hand Hygiene is the global standard. CDC and many North American facilities use a 4-moment model. Some sites use a simplified 2-moment in / out approach for high-volume rounding. clearPath supports all three out of the box.
